Trump Questions Altitude in Washington Helicopter Crash

US President Trump claims that the military helicopter involved in the crash near Washington was flying too high at the time of the collision with an airplane. He made this statement on his online platform, Truth Social.

Military helicopters in the US are not permitted to fly above 200 feet for safety reasons, and according to military aviation authorities, this helicopter was following that guideline. Trump, however, disputes this.

“The Blackhawk helicopter was flying way too high. It was well above the 200-foot limit.

That’s not hard to understand, right???” wrote Trump in a post. He also previously blamed the diversity policies of former Presidents Obama and Biden for the collision, without providing evidence.
