Third Dutch Victim Dies After Düsseldorf Accident

A third Dutch national has succumbed to injuries following the severe car accident in Düsseldorf this weekend, as reported by the German police. The deceased is a 53-year-old woman who was in the car that overturned several times on Saturday morning in the Golzheim district.

The 60-year-old driver died instantly, and a 53-year-old male passenger later passed away in the hospital. A 54-year-old man, who was struck by debris while sitting at a bus stop, was seriously injured and taken to the hospital.

The accident occurred at a traffic circle in the northern part of Düsseldorf, approximately 50 kilometers from the Venlo border. Police have indicated that a medical emergency involving the driver was a factor in the incident.
