Men Arrested in Tilburg at Banned Motorcycle Club Gathering

In Tilburg, ten men were arrested at a café where, according to police, members of the banned motorcycle club Satudarah had gathered. The men were taken to the police station and will be released after questioning.

During the raid, significant amounts of cash were seized by the police. Satudarah was banned in 2018 due to criminal activities and related public order threats, a decision upheld on appeal and by the Supreme Court.

The ban prohibits the Satudarah logo, club gatherings, and wearing club attire. An arrest team was deployed during the raid at café ‘t Uilennest.

The police monitored the venue after a tip-off about regular club nights by former members of the Netherlands-Moluccan motorcycle club. “Several men had their upper bodies exposed and posed for a photo with the flag of the Republic of South Maluku.

The name and logo of the banned motorcycle club were clearly visible on their backs,” the police stated.
