A car caught fire and crashed into a house in Den Bosch last night. No injuries were reported, but the house sustained significant damage, as did a parked scooter and a neighboring house.
Omroep Brabant reported that a fire starter was found at the scene, suggesting possible arson. A police spokesperson stated that an investigation would determine if the act was intentional.
The fire on Acaciasingel was discovered around 2:00 AM. Residents managed to evacuate the house in time and were checked by paramedics for smoke inhalation.
A neighbor expressed shock, citing the area’s usual tranquility. However, this is not the first incident in the neighborhood; an explosive detonated near a car on the same street in late 2022, though the cause of that explosion remains unclear.
