A 12-year-old boy was found dead this afternoon in a house in Groningen under suspicious circumstances. According to RTV Noord, a suspect, identified as a man, has been arrested.
The police have not disclosed his relationship to the boy, and the exact events remain unclear. Authorities are investigating the circumstances of the death in the Oosterpoort neighborhood.
Part of the housing block is cordoned off.
